The first and most important rule is:

Have fun!
the vE! forums are a place for vEntertainment readers to come together and share their thoughts & ideas.
Be nice because it feels oh so good
Things that are not nice (these things are not allowed):

No flaming (insulting, inciting fights, etc.)
No calling people out/personal attacks
No discrimination (racial/national/sexual/etc.)
Keep it clean
This means don't post the following:

Cussing
sexual content
discussion of abusing illegal drugs or engaging in illegal activities
images that contain any of these
links to websites that contain any of these
No SPAM
This includes:

Pointless threads/posts; keep threads on topic
Cross or Double posting
Discussion of disciplinary action (PM Admins if you have a problem)

Posts that violate these rules will be edited/locked/deleted and repeated violation may result in deletion of your account.
